Ingredients
- Prawns(medium) – 500 g
- Besan(gram flour) – 1/2 cup
- Ginger – Garlic paste – 2 Tbsp
- Yogurt – 2 Tbsp
- Cumin powder – 1/2 Tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 Tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp
- Chaat masala – 1/2 Tsp
- Salt – To taste
- Green chilies – 2 nos (Split)
- Curry leaves – few
- Oil – for frying
Preparation
- Marinate prawns with red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste.
- After half an hour, add besan and yogurt.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add curry leaves, split green chilies.
- After 1 minute, take it out and keep aside for garnishing.
- Deep fry prawns till crisp on the outside.
- Garnish with fried curry leaves, green chilies.
- Serve hot with sprinkled chaat masala and onions.
