Green Chutney

Green chutney is a spicy and tangy chutney that tastes great with samosas, pakoras, kachori etc.This is a must chutney that is being used in any chaat recipe.

Ingredients
  1. Coriander leaves – 1 cup
  2. Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
  3. Ginger – small piece
  4. Green chillies – 1 (can adjust according to your spiciness level)
  5. Lemon juice  –  1 tbsp
  6. Sugar – 1/4 tsp
  7. Salt – to taste
Preparation

  1. Rinse Mint & coriander well and chop them.
  2. Grind all ingredients with little water or no water to a smooth chutney.
  3. It can be stored in refrigerator for 4-5 days.
  4. Serve with Samosas, Pakodas, Paratha and for chaat recipes.
