Ingredients
- Paneer – 500 g (cut into medium cubes)
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 Tbsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 Tsp
- Crushed black pepper – 1 1/2Tsp
- Tomato sauce – 2 Tbsp
- Red chilli sauce – 1 Tbsp
- Soya sauce – 1 Tbsp
- Cornflour – 2 Tbsp
- All-purpose flour – 3 Tbsp
- Garlic – 3 cloves (finely chopped)
- Green chilli – 1 no (finely chopped)
- Onion – 2 nos ( cut into big cubes)
- Capsicum – 2 nos ( cut into big squares)
- Lime juice – 1 Tbsp
- Honey – 1/2 Tsp
- Spring onion – for garnishing
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – for frying & Sauting
Preparation
- Marinate paneer with chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, 1/2 Tsp pepper powder for 2 hours.
- Mix cornflour, All-purpose flour with little water till we get a consistency to coat the paneer for frying.
- Dip paneer pieces in the batter and deep fry.
- Heat one pan and pour oil.
- Add chopped garlic, green chillies, onion, capsicum.
- Saute for 2 minutes. Add all sauces, lime juice & honey.
- Adjust salt and add fried paneer pieces. Mix well.
- Garnish with finely chopped spring onion.
