- Marinate chicken pieces with ingredients from 2 to 8 for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped tomatoes.
- Once the tomatoes become soft, add marinated chicken pieces.
- Cook on low to medium flame for 10 minutes.
- Add chopped onions, capsicum, green chillies and mix well.
- Cook on the medium flame for another 5 minutes.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and toss well for 1 minute.
- Serve hot with tandoor roti or Naan.
