3-ingredient chocolate cake

Ingredients

1. Leftover biscuits – 3 cups or 350 gms ( measure the cookies once crushed into a fine powder )

2.Warm Milk – 1 1/2 cup

3.Baking Powder – 2 1/4 Tsp

4.chocolate Ganache – Optional

Preparation

  1. Take chocolate biscuits or any biscuits of your choice.
  2. Remove the cream part if any.
  3. Grind into a fine powder.
  4. Add to a mixing bowl & sieve in 2 1/4 Tsp of baking powder.
  5. Mix everything well.
  6. Pour 1 1/2 cup of warm milk.
  7. Mix until batter is smooth.
  8. Pour in the mixture to a greased mould.
  9. Bake @170* C for 15 minutes.
  10. Ganache with Nutella or chocolate spread or chocolate frosting .
